Common questions
Is there a joining fee?
No. Not now, not ever. You pay the weekly membership fee and that's it. Your first week is free, with no credit card required.
Are there lock-in contracts?
No. Every plan is ongoing and you can cancel any time with 14 days' written notice. No exit fees.
How does billing work?
Memberships are billed fortnightly by direct debit or card. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Freeze for up to three months a year at no charge for travel, injury or shift work. Just give us seven days' notice before your next debit.
Which plans include classes?
Starter includes two group classes a month. Forge and Elite include unlimited group classes plus Sauna & Ice Reset sessions. Extra classes on Starter are $15 each.
Do you do corporate memberships?
Yes, we offer group rates for businesses with five or more staff. Email hello@forge.example and we'll put together a proposal.
What happens after my free week?
We'll check in before day seven to help you choose a plan. We never auto-enrol you. If you don't join, you simply stop.
